The event will take place in the following order:
RUN 3 MILESRun Row Ride - Running
The run follows the West/Playground loop of Carson Park,
continues on recreation trails to Half Moon Beach.
ROW (PADDLE) 3 MILES

The lake route begins at Half Moon Beach and follows the lake
along the shore in a clockwise direction.
RIDE 6 MILES

The bike route begins at Half Moon beach and continues
throughout the City of Eau Claire streets and bike trails, finishing
at Carson Park Horseshoe Clubhouse.

8:00am - Day-of Registrations (Carson Park Horseshoe Clubhouse)
8:30am - Pre-race meeting with participants (Carson Parking Lot)
9:00am - Race begins

Divisions
Solos
Doubles: 2 participants can canoe/kayak in tandem and either run separately or split to complete the bike and run separtely
Relay Teams

There will also be a Walk/Run 5K and a Tails2Trails 2 Mile.
Both races follow the West/Playground loop in Carson Park. The 5K walk/run also takes the train loop in Carson Park.

NOTE: Children under 18 must be accompanied by an individual over 18 as a team member and both entrants must complete the run, paddle, bike together.

Additional Information

Equipment will not be provided. Participants may paddle canoes or kayaks. Life jackets and bike helmets are required. Canoes/kayaks will need to be dropped off by participants at Phoenix Park. The course will be marked and patrolled and rules of the road are to be followed while biking and running.

Inclement Weather
In the event of inclement weather the event could be cancelled. There will not be any refunds.
