2017 Reservations
2017 Reservations will be accepted beginning Wednesday, December 7, 2016. (Online 12:00am / Walk-ins 8:00am)

Rental Fees 
You will be charged a maximum of 8 hours. If reserving 8+ hours, mail/fax or walk-in with your reservation.
Note: No open flames are permitted under the pavilion or within 25' of other combustible materials.

COMMUNITY PARK PAVILIONS

  • Monday-Friday: $10/hour
  • Saturday & Sunday: $15/hour
  NEIGHBORHOOD PARKS
  • Monday-Sunday: $10/hour

*Fee waived for Neighborhood Association Meetings.

*Some neighborhood shelters may be reserved throughout the summer for recreation programs.

 

PHOENIX PARK PAVILION

  • Monday-Friday: $10/hour
  • Saturday & Sunday: $20/hour

**Alcohol and amplified sound must end at sunset in Phoenix Park**

  • If you wish to reserve a pavilion/shelter and the event is less than 5 days away, you must come to our office to reserve, reservations will not be accepted online within that time period.
